Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and adjacent to the town centre, a superb restaurant and buses. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Bar le Trente Trois with nice drinks. Would recommend to stay here.

the staff was obliging and the location was top. walking distance to the awesome beach. found time to see a wood-beamed shop, that's not too far from the property. it was good to have good drinks in the downstairs bar.

The place was clean, staff was very welcoming! We've spent here 1 night and our standard twin room was airy. Traditional breakfast, attentive service. Efficient reception. Need to point that free WiFi was ok, you can use it throughout the property.

A huge variety of bakeries and bars you can select. We really enjoyed our family room. Nice location, next to a bakery and supermarkets. Le Bistro Des Cocottes, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

Altogether it was good value though. Staff and food, all was great. It was so close to Beaune city centre...
